We ship packages to Jamaica three times per week — Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. To be included in a particular shipment, your package must arrive at our overseas warehouse by the applicable cutoff: Monday shipment: Package must arrive at the warehouse by Sunday. Wednesday shipment: Package must arrive at the warehouse by Tuesday. Friday shipment: Package must arrive at the warehouse by Thursday. Once the shipment arrives in Jamaica and clears the necessary processing and customs procedures, packages are generally available for pickup the following day, provided there are no customs, airline, weather, or other unforeseen delays. Please note that the shipping timeline begins once your package is received at our warehouse, not when you place your online order. Delivery time from the retailer to our warehouse will depend on the retailer and shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive a notification when your package is received at our overseas facility and when it arrives in Jamaica. Depending on the service you choose, notifications may be sent by email, or through your customer account. Your tracking number can also be used to monitor the status of your shipment.

A little reminder when placing your order: Your package is being shipped to our warehouse address, rather than directly to your home. Please be sure to select a shipping/delivery option that provides a tracking number, as this allows us to properly identify and process your package when it arrives. For example, when shopping on Walmart, please select “Shipping” at checkout and enter your assigned warehouse address. Avoid selecting “Pickup” or “Store Delivery,” as these options are intended for collection from a Walmart location and may not provide the tracking information needed for us to receive and process your package. Before completing your purchase, please make sure that: The correct warehouse address is entered. Your name and suite/account number are included exactly as provided by us. You have selected shipping/delivery rather than store pickup or store delivery. Your order will be provided with a tracking number.
